1. 7-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (REFUND POLICY)

1.1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all first-time subscription purchases (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual). If you are not satisfied with the performance or features of the Premium Tools within the first 7 calendar days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund.

1.2. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be received within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • First-Time Purchase Only: This guarantee is valid only for a user’s very first subscription purchase with us. Refunds will not be granted for renewal payments or subsequent subscription purchases after the initial term.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay/Payple).

1.3. Exceptions (No Refund Scenarios)

  • Renewal Payments: No refunds for subscription renewals.
  • Subscription Violation: If your subscription is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., Account Sharing or misuse), you will not be eligible for any refund.
  • User-Side Issues: Refunds will not be issued for failures related to the user’s internet connection, device memory, browser settings, or data corruption originating from the user’s end (as detailed in Section 5.1).

2. SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND RENEWAL

2.1. Current Price: The current price for Excel Tools subscription is INR 299.00 per month, or INR 2,999.00 per year per user (as applicable). We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time with 30 days prior notice to existing subscribers. We may, at our sole discretion, offer special discounts or promotional pricing to customers as we deem appropriate.

2.2. Price Changes: Price changes will be effective immediately for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will continue at their original rate until their current paid billing cycle ends. Upon renewal, existing subscribers will be charged the new current rate. All users (new and existing) will be notified of price changes via email 30 days in advance.

3. BROWSER-BASED TOOLS DISCLAIMER AND DATA OWNERSHIP

3.1. Data Processing: Our tools are 100% browser-based and process files directly in your web browser, using your device’s resources.

  • We do not store, save, or retain your uploaded files or processed data on our servers.
  • All file processing happens locally in your browser environment.

3.2. User Responsibility: You retain complete ownership and control of your data. We are not responsible for any file loss, corruption, or data issues resulting from your local device or internet connection. Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their files.

4. PAYMENT GATEWAY DISCLAIMER

4.1. Third-Party Processor: We utilize Razorpay/Payple as our third-party payment gateway for processing all Subscription payments.

4.2. Data Security: All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay/Payple encrypted gateway. We do not store your credit card or sensitive financial information on our servers.

4.3. Responsibility: You acknowledge that payment processing is subject to Razorpay/Payple terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising directly from the payment gateway’s service (e.g., transaction failures, connectivity issues on the gateway side), though we will assist in resolving payment status discrepancies.

5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND SUPPORT

5.1. Technical Requirements: Users are responsible for ensuring their system meets the necessary technical requirements, including: a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), a stable internet connection, sufficient device memory for file processing, and the use of supported file formats as listed on each tool.
