You agree that by accessing the Site and/or purchasing a Subscription, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplementary Terms and Conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are explicitly included by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or amend these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the date such modified Terms of Use are posted signifies your acceptance of the changes.

The Site is intended for those users whose age is at least 13 years. All Users who are minors (typically under the age of 18) must have the permission of their parent or guardian to use the Site.

2. SUBSCRIPTION, PAYMENT, AND ACCESS TERMS

2.1 Service Model

The Service is provided on a Subscription basis (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually). Access is strictly limited to the duration of the paid Subscription term.

2.2 Payment and Manual Activation

You acknowledge that access activation is manual. Upon successful payment for a Subscription, you agree to allow the Company up to twenty-four (24) hours for your account to be manually verified and full access to the Service to be granted.

2.3 Account Sharing and Usage Limits (Key Protection)

The Subscription grants access to a single, named individual user.

You are expressly prohibited from sharing your login credentials, membership account, or Subscription access with any other person or entity.
Sharing of accounts will result in immediate termination of the Subscription without refund.
You agree to abide by the file upload limits: 15MB for Paid Subscription Tiers.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation will only prevent the subsequent renewal of the Subscription. Your current access will continue until the end of the current paid Subscription period.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all first-time subscription purchases (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual). If you are not satisfied with the performance or features of the Premium Tools within the first 7 calendar days of your original purchase date, you may request a full refund.

3.2. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

Time Limit: Refund requests must be received within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
First-Time Purchase Only: This guarantee is valid only for a user’s very first subscription purchase with us. Refunds will not be granted for renewal payments or subsequent subscription purchases after the initial term.
Exclusion for Violation: If your subscription is terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Use (e.g., Account Sharing or misuse), you will not be eligible for any refund.

3.3. Technical Failure Provision

Refunds are not covered for failures related to the user’s internet connection, device memory, or browser settings.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND PROPRIETARY TOOLS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service (including all source code, software, functionality, and the underlying data processing logic) is our proprietary property.

Specific Tool Protection: You are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, the underlying technology, or any of our proprietary Excel data processing logic, algorithms, or methodologies.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND DATA USE

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than the one for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree that you will not:

Systematically retrieve data or other material from the Site without our written permission.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security of the Site.
Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell products or services.
Use the Service to process any unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious data.
Attempt to upload any files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful components designed to interrupt or destroy the Service.

Data Deletion Clause: You acknowledge and agree that for the purpose of ensuring user privacy, all user-uploaded files and data processed by the Service will be permanently deleted from our servers within twenty-four (24) hours after the processing is complete. We do not retain copies of your proprietary or personal data that you upload for processing.

7. USER REPRESENTATION

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: you have the legal capacity and agree to abide by these Terms of Use; you are not less than 13 years of age (or have parental permission); you will not access the Site by automated means; and your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. DMCA, REVIEWS, AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

DMCA: ibusinessmotivation.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and will respond promptly to copyright infringement claims as per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
REVIEWS: We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our sole discretion. Reviews must be based on direct experience and must not contain discriminatory or illegal references.

9. SITE MANAGEMENT, TERM, AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: monitor the Site for violations, take appropriate legal action, and remove content at our sole discretion.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU AT ALL TIMES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES RESOLUTION

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, and the laws of the country.

Disputes Resolution: If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. Any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually.
